Viewings are possible on all properties between 9.00 - 5.30pm Mon - Fri and 9.00 - 2.30pm Saturday.
When you have chosen to rent a property references/guarantors may be required so please do not be offended if we ask.
Holding deposits are required to reserve a property and upon moving in a full deposit and four weeks rent in advance will be payable.
We can offer you advice and help throughout the process of claiming Local Housing Allowance, we have a vast knowledge of LHA with in house experts to make a sometimes difficult procedure alot easier.
